Created by Michael Granberry. With Thunderbird Dinwiddie, James Elden, Michael Granberry, Shaun W. Catch new over-the-top Zombies vs Ninjas battle action every Friday here on Shut Up Cartoons. Description Pandas vs Ninjas 2 Get ready to battle the evil Ninjas in the next exciting installment of Pandas vs Ninjas 2 by Ximad! The Evil Ninjas - you can tell they're evil because they always wear black and have shifty eyes - have decided to take over the world!
I never knew that Pandas and Ninjas didn't get along. Apparently they don't or the Windows Phone game, Pandas vs.
Ninjas, wouldn't have been developed. In the spirit of Angry Birds, XIMAD Inc. Has created a puzzle game of destruction where you (the panda) attempts to take out ninja strongholds.
You do so by hurling an assortment of critters, with various abilities, at the ninjas. The ninjas are protected by an assortment of bamboo, stone, and metal structures.I've gotta admit Panda vs. Ninjas is a fun, somewhat addictive game and to read more, slide on past the break. The lay of the landThe main menu for Pandas vs. Ninjas is simple and straight forward. One button to play, one for minimal settings, and one to mute the sound.
The game concept isn't new to the Windows Phone gaming library. Ninjas follows the same concept as and Chicks 'n Vixens.
You tap/hold on the panda, draw back to gauge the strength of the throw, adjust the trajectory and release your hold on the screen to launch your critter, which I'm fairly certain are red pandas but they could be racoons. Seeing that this is Pandas vs Ninjas (as opposed to Pandas and Racoons vs. Ninjas) we'll go with red pandas. On your next toss, your previous throws trajectory is marked with a dotted line to help you adjust your aim. You have to eliminate all the ninjas to move on to the next level and that can be accomplish by hitting the ninja directly with your panda projectiles, have the ninja fall from a height or have solid objects crush the ninja. If you fail to take out all the ninjas, you have the option to restart the level from the scoring screen.Pandas vs. Ninjas has five multi-level scenarios that include a bamboo forest, caves, snow covered mountain, a desert, and an oriental temple.
Scores are compiled by level and are based on the amount of destruction you cause and how few red pandas you use to defeat the ninjas. Each level becomes a little more challenging and additional types of red pandas become available to help you defeat those dastardly ninjas! As new red pandas become available, a graphic tutorial will appear to describe what abilities that particular animal possesses. Overall ImpressionIf you're a fan of Angry Birds or Chicks 'n Vixens, you'll enjoy the change of scenery that Panda vs. Ninjas delivers.
Graphics and animations of the game are well presented and the game runs smoothly. Game play is on par with Angry Birds and a touch cleaner than Chicks 'n Vixens. The fortifications on Panda vs. Ninja are challenging enough not to be too easy or too difficult. There is enough strategery involved in each level to prevent the game from becoming stale. The game could benefit from a help section that details what each red panda does or maybe an online leaderboard.

Regardless, Pandas vs. Ninjas is an enjoyable, somewhat addictive game that would be a nice addition to your Windows Phone game library.Pandas vs. Ninjas comes in two versions at the Marketplace. There is a free, ad-supported version that you can find (opens Zune) and a $.99 ad-free version that you can find.
Those pesky Pandas and Ninjas are still going at it. First we had and now XIMAD has released two additional Windows Phone games that carry this conflict further.Kung Fu Tic Tac Toe and Ninja Breakout are both free, ad supported games available over at the Marketplace. Will the ninjas finally get the upper hand over the panda? Or will the panda continue to take center stage?Ease on past the break to catch to short takes on both games. Kung Fu Tic Tac ToeXIMAD takes the classic game of tic tac toe and brings pandas and ninjas into the mix.
The game has one and two player modes (two player is pass and play) with two choices of game boards. You have the traditional 3x3 and an expanded 6x6 board. Players are also given the choice of playing the role of the ninjas, who slice their 'X' marks, or the pandas, who punch the 'O' marks. Beyond that, Kung Fu Tic Tac Toe is your typical game of tic-tac-toe. XIMAD does give the game a nice twist and Kung Fu wasn't a bad way to pass the time with. You can download your free copy of Kung Fu Tic Tac Toe (opens Zune) at the Marketplace. Ninja BreakoutNinja Breakout brings the panda/ninja conflict to a good old game of breakout. You play the role of the panda and you send your little panda friend hurling through the sky at ninja blocks.

You have to keep the little panda in motion by bouncing him off a platform the panda is holding. The panda movement can be accomplished by touch or by using the phone's accelerometer. Bonus items will occasionally fall from the ninja blocks to help you along your journey.
Once you've destroyed all the blocks, you advance to the next level (40 in all).As with Kung Fu Tic Tac Toe, Ninja Breakout is a free, ad-supported game that you can download (opens Zune) at the Marketplace. Wrapping it all upThe panda/ninja conflict has produced three entertaining games to pass the time with.
Kung Fu and Ninja Breakout ran smoothly with no glitches or crashes experienced and both would be nice additions to your Windows Phone game library.I'll give them both a rating of 6.5 as good games. Ninja Breakout gets a slight edge for the amount of gaming involved.
